If you’ve always wanted to have your own bestselling products with your name or brand on it, private labeling helps bridge that. It is easily one of the best leverages you can get in this business where you can OUTSELL and OUTGUN your competitors who aren’t doing what you’re about to do.

By the time they have finished creating their first product, you would have ten ready to roll out for lead generation and pulling in sales. And it’s not your customer’s business to know how and where you get your material from (or how you can seemingly conjure them up at unnatural speed!)

By the time you finish this course, even your competitors who are reselling the same products as you won’t be more than a mild nuisance. Play your cards right, and you will have customers snapping up your offers all the way from low ticket books to higher-end deals – all these while your clueless

METHOD #1: The Paid Membership Content Building Strategy

Now, we’re going to cover a PLR Strategy. If you are a membership owner or planning to be one, this is a must-use PLR strategy.

Concept

In a nutshell:

  • Use the PLR content to form the basis of your membership site (not to be mistaken with all the PLR products “as they are” into the member’s area)
  • Works best when script supports multiple membership levels
  • When you do this, you can go low, middle, or high ticket
  • EXAMPLE of this model – com

Basically, you can convert an existing Private Label material, whether it’s e- books or software or scripts and change it into content for your membership site.

So, for example, you can break down PLR e-book content into a series of e- courses or articles to be in your membership site. Or if you’re a skilled programmer, you can convert a Private Label Rights software or script to become web-based, where your members can use the software by logging into your membership site.

Another idea is to create a visual and audio experience for the members of your site. So what this means is that if you have e-books with Private Label Rights you can do a voiceover and turn them into video products or audio products or turn it into content that is web-based and make it so that your customers or members must log into the membership site to actually download or view the contents. So that’s how you can build a strong following.

Now, any of these manifested ideas will increase the perceived value of your membership site, therefore it is an incentive for you to charge either a one- time or recurring fee for your membership entry. Now, this PLR profit model would work excellently if you have a membership software program that allows multiple membership levels. This is what I have personally used to actually create $97, $67 and even $147 membership levels where people are paying me this amount rather than chump change you see. So this is a really, really powerful method that I’m doing to teach you in these next few pages.

Advantages

The advantages of doing this membership model:

  1. Converting any form of PLR into membership content coupled with new works or complimentary changes actually instills a high perceived value in the quality of your digital info or software and therefore is an incentive for you to charge a higher fee for membership
  2. You can easily make your membership site interactive and fun and good for user experience by converting standalone Private Label products into action-oriented membership sites. So in other words, your customers are no longer learning passively but because they’re being involved in the process, they start taking action more actively and they start learning new things much quicker as
  3. Because you can make much more money selling advertising space, affiliate links, recurring income or recommend your own products within the members area – the choices are

Disadvantages

The drawbacks, however, are:

  1. Maintaining a membership site can be time and effort consuming. This is the case if you’re creating a monthly website. However if you’re doing a one-time membership site you can ignore this
  2. Secondly you probably need to have a decent degree of programming skills if you’re planning to convert Private Label Rights software or scripts into web-based. Also, you need other website necessities such as hosting, a domain name and a payment processor – you need quite a couple of things here before you can actually get

Now, to cover the things you actually need to put together this model is that first and foremost, you need a membership software or script that allows you to start and manage your membership routine and content, plus enables multiple membership levels. Now, I am a fan of starting and running membership sites and I have also experienced using a lot of membership scripts. Here are some I would personally recommend to get the job done.

Most of my sites today are built on WordPress and I use Wishlist plugin to create and manage the Members Area.

For this Method, you need substantial Private Label products to build your membership content so you can’t just have like one or two all right. You need to have a lot like tens, or even hundreds for that matter, depending on how big your project is. If you’re a writer or planning to start a paid e-course within your membership site, you’re going to need Private Label Rights written materials and if you’re a programmer you can use PLR software or scripts and convert them into web-based applications.

Profit Strategy – Step-by-Step

Okay, now to cover the profits strategy in a step-by-step method:

  1. You have to first decide on a theme of your membership content and your target market and then gather the Private Label materials that you need. So for example, you want to start a self-improvement membership site that targets working individuals from corporate backgrounds, therefore you will have to gather private label e-books, records and articles that cater to these individuals such as I can think of right now, “How To Climb A Corporate Ladder”, “How To Be

Successful”, “One Minute Tips A Day For Time Management”, “How To Manage Stress”, etc.

  1. You must create one or a few membership levels. So usually in my experience, two or three membership levels are ideal – they are considered the best and sweet spots over there and obviously the good content goes to the free or low-ticket members whereas the really, really good content should be saved for your paid-membership levels. Now, you might think I’m actually exaggerating on good and really, really good but here’s the thing: I believe on holding on to a principle where you cannot provide anything less than good when it comes to giving content as an Infopreneur. In fact, you have to give excellent content if you want to stay ahead of your competitors and make them bite your
  2. You need to create content for each of your membership levels. It can be paid audio, video, web-based software, or even templates whichever one is suitable for your theme. Using the same example of self-improvement. You can offer e-courses within your free membership levels and web audio in the paid level. Now using Private Label content you don’t have to create content from scratch anymore. In fact, one very quick and easy (but also lazy) way is that you can actually just simply change the format of the content. For example, if the products are originally e-books you can easily read them off as transcripts or transcriptions and turn them into an mp3 product making them totally different altogether and giving your paid members a new user

Marketing

Now once you have your website ready and membership level ready, here comes the marketing aspect where you actually drive traffic and start getting members to your website whether it’s free members or paid members.

  1. The first and foremost important and critical success factor to having a membership site is to have an affiliate program. Now all of the scripts that I have recommended to you, each of them have an affiliate program. So start an affiliate program and most professional membership software should come ready with a built-in affiliate program as I’ve said before and all of the programs mentioned actually have one after all so you don’t have to worry about getting another Now, this is the core success key to your membership site marketing and you will depend heavily on your affiliates to market it for you and your joint venture partners to help you push it.
  2. I suggest going for paid advertising outright to quickly validate your ideas. Buy up email solo ads and test your offer
  3. You can print e-books with full Master Resell Rights and offer your membership access as a bonus in your e-books.

I use this method very heavily to promote my membership site Resell Rights Mastery and if you have owned any of my previous Resell Rights products or Private Label products you will notice that there’s an advertisement on the back of the pages and some other parts that I keep referring back to giving away the bonus membership access to Resell Rights Mastery.

METHOD #2: The Reseller Membership Model

This chapter, The Reseller Membership Model, is similar to the previous chapter in some respects. If you are a PLR junkie and have been collecting a lot of PLR products that come ready with Resell Rights or Master Resell Rights, allowing you to add them into a paid membership site, you will do well to consider starting one.

Concept

In a nutshell:

  • If you have a lot of Private Label Rights in your collection in your hard drive, you can start a reseller membership site
  • Examples: com, SureFireWealth.com
  • Expected Customers: Resellers

So if you have been collecting plenty of PLR products (that you can add into a paid membership site) or obtain an abundance of them on a continuous basis, this is one bright option.

You can begin your own paid membership site, pooling in a rich collection of PLR products, and charge either a one-time or recurring (monthly) fee, depending on how committed you are in sourcing for new PLR products in the marketplace and add them into the member’s area. Your marketing life wire will depend heavily on affiliates to market for you.

A word of caution: Not ALL PLR products can be added into the member’s area. For instance, some products may be allowed to be added into the paid member’s area even with its Source Code or Private Label Rights included. Then, there are others that allow the adding into paid membership site for personal use only or without their Private Label Rights/Source Code. And of course, some products CANNOT be added into a paid membership site under any circumstances. So your best bet in avoiding legal trouble with the original PLR author is to always double check the product’s PLR terms and conditions.

Advantages

I see advantages in using this model like:

  1. If you are natural PLR junkie and have been collecting a lot of PLR products, finding new content is not a
  2. If you can continuously look for new products from PLR authors you know of, you can charge a recurring fee as you can commit your members to add a constant amount of

Disadvantages

The drawbacks are few but heavy though, so you will want to consider:

  1. Starting a paid membership site is not easy. Furthermore, maintenance and support can be tough especially if you are doing it
  2. If you are starting a monthly membership, finding new customers and keeping loyal members can prove to be challenging, as usually, the average lifespan of a regular customer is 3 to 6
  3. PLR membership sites are very competitive. New PLR membership sites spring out every now and then so you need to have an edge or offer something that others do

What You Need

Refer to the What You Need section in the previous chapter.

In addition, you need a vast collection of PLR products that you are allowed to add into a paid membership site and distribute the Private Label Rights/Source Codes to your paid members.

If you cannot pass on the Private Label Rights, you may consider re-working the PLR products and instead offer Master Resell Rights (in PDF format for E- Books or software/script with no Source Codes).

You might do well to consider having enough content for future additions for at least 6 months to a year. That way, you don’t have to source for products every now and then or do it on a last minute notice.

Profit Strategy – Step-by-Step

  1. Collect and compile 6 month’s worth of PLR products that you are allowed to add into your own paid membership site. It would be better if you can go up to a year’s worth but the reason behind this is that it will not be so taxing for you to continuously source for new products now and
  2. Depending on how often you source and buy PLR products, you can charge either a one-time fee or a recurring one. Also as mentioned earlier, PLR membership sites are competitive so you need to work out other essentials you want to offer your members’
  3. Offering PLR products alone may not be enough in most instances. So you can offer extra incentives such as sales letters and graphics to the PLR products that do not readily have them yet. You can also consider offering services such as auto responders and web hosting, though these are merely
  4. (OPTIONAL) If you have PLENTY of products with PLR (and Master Resell Rights), you might want to consider offering 2-3 membership

levels, charging a different fee depending on the products’ quality and features.

  1. Write your membership site’s sales

METHOD #3: The Multiple Free Reports Strategy

Now, we’re going to discuss the third PLR Profit Strategy. This strategy requires you to create a series of free reports to your credit using Private Label Content.

Concept

In a nutshell:

  • Rework PLR content to produce Give Away free reports and bonuses
  • Objectives: Build your list, connect with your readers (aka prospects), take this chance to pre-sell

The free reports come with Give Away rights, allowing your readers to pass on to their contacts without restriction. In the free reports, aside from containing valuable information that you can give away for free (using Private Label Content), you can benefit from the viral exposure by putting in your lead capture device i.e. a way for readers to join your mailing list. You can take this opportunity to pre-sell some of your related products or even sell advertising space.

Advantages

The advantages of doing these methods are:

  1. It is fast and easy to do. You can create free reports in a matter of minutes or hours, as they don’t have to be long actually, an 8 to 20- page report is
  2. You don’t need to write your own sales Those who can’t write their own sales letter, this is going to be a good way for you to approach potential leads right away. You don’t have to learn copywriting to actually get this off.

Disadvantages

One disadvantage I’ve seen in this method though is that the free nature of reports can actually create a low-perceived value. Therefore, you need a strong incentive for readers to give away your reports even though it’s free. So, one strong incentive though is that you can offer free exclusive rebranding rights.

What You Need

To go through the list of things that you need:

  1. Needless to say, you need a Word program right away because this is going to be a very essential tool to create your reports. While this program is available in most PCs is that it is by far the more important tool you must
  2. Also, you need a PDF converter program that converts your Word files to
  3. Since you don’t need to write a sales letter, you are going to need an E-cover and a very good one at that to impress people and increase the perceived So I’m going to come to that in a short while.
  4. Now, this is another very important thing that you must have. Please take note on this. It’s called a Re-branding Tool. It’s optional but very highly recommended because the viral effect of your free report distribution depend on this and personally I use com to re- brand my free reports with my end-users affiliate links so if they want to have their affiliate links re-branded, they have to either pay me for re- branding fee and I can do it for them or they can do it themselves using

this Turbo PDF tool. Another famous re-branding tool that I heard of is Viral PDF, which can be obtained from http://ViralPDF.com/.

Now you don’t necessarily need a website to host the free reports per se, but as far as collecting leads are concerned, having your own website is very important so make that a high priority as well.

Profit Strategy – Step-by-Step

Now the Profit Strategy in step by step:

  1. You have to first create a series of free reports in Word document, say 4 to 6 reports from re-worked Private Label Content, preferably focused on a theme in your niche. Be doubly sure to title your reports and include your name for re-branding purposes (e.g. Edmund Loh’s Resell Rights Crisis Solved). As you can see there is a form of branding here by putting my name there, so that I can start creating titles under my name. Now that you have gotten this step down after getting all your reports done, remember they don’t have to be that long, just 8 to 20 pages per
  2. You have to start offering the Give Away Rights to the reports by allowing your readers to give them away for free without restrictions. Be sure that your reports have a mention about joining a mailing list and if they want to add more, either some of your products or affiliate programs, therefore giving you more profit points. Even though you’re giving your readers the permission to give the products away for free, in this case your reports, please mention that your contents are copyrighted and they can be passed with the condition that they are not altered, reproduced or modified in the
  3. Once you have the Give Away Rights stated, you need to have the E- covers done for your free reports. So even though the reports are going to be given away for free, they need to have something visual to impress your potential readers to actually download and read your reports.
  4. Once you have proofread your work, start converting your Word document reports into PDF format using Primo PDF or Adobe PDF Maker. Remember to disable the’ copying of content’ and enable „allow printing’.
  5. While this is optional, I highly recommend it like I said before; offer the re-branding rights to your free reports. You can easily do this with Turbo PDF and you can charge your readers a small fee for re- branding rights alone which adds to a good extra income stream. This will encourage your readers to pass your reports around and around because they know that their affiliate links are in and there is a chance that they can also profit as

Marketing

Now this is the marketing aspect, which is going to bring in money for the system and strategy you have implemented in place. This is a very critical step altogether, otherwise this whole strategy is worthless without getting traffic, and getting targeted prospects to your website.

I am going to divide the marketing aspect into two: whether you plan to make upfront profits or whether you want to build your list. If you’re starting with nothing at all, no list, then I recommend the latter. Meaning, you have to focus on list building in the backend first, and think about making the profits later.

If you are planning to make upfront profits:

  1. Endorse your Resell Rights package to your mailing list. This is the fastest way to get the word out about your product and if you already have a substantial, responsive mailing list, you can cover back your investment and make profits in a short time frame, possibly a few hours to a day.
  1. Start an affiliate program. You can recruit affiliates to promote your package through their efforts in exchange for a percentage of commissions, anywhere from 50% to even 100% commissions depending on your price point and sales funnel. I use JVZoo for most of my products now although there’s still ClickBank and the other alternative is you have your own in-house affiliate
  2. Seek Joint Venture partners. If you know of other list owners and established marketers in your niche, you can approach them for a Joint Venture in exchange for higher commission

If you are willing to forsake upfront profits and focus entirely on list building:

  1. You can submit your Resell Rights products to membership sites that specialize in offering Resell Rights items to their members. While you are sacrificing up-sells, you can build your mailing list through this method by leveraging on a wide selection of membership media. Once you have your own list, your business would take a momentum of its own. I highly recommend this method if you don’t have your own list yet.
  2. You can also submit your Full Master Resell Rights E-Books to E-Book directories.
  3. Above all, the success factor in this PLR profit model is to get your products spread out far and wide as fast as possible. The more coverage your product gets, the stronger brand you can build and so are the higher chances of building your list through other people’s resale distribution

To wrap it up quickly, this strategy is good for beginners with no list and no recognized name yet so by implementing this Master Resell Rights strategy, you can build your list and spread your name virally. The more Master Resell Rights material you spawn from PLR content, the more chances you have of the product being resold and redistributed. You give your resellers an opportunity to make money with your products, and every time they resell to others your name and credibility widens.

This is just the start, you can also combine this with other PLR Profit Strategies as you see fit, and I’ll be talking more about them in the coming strategies.

METHOD #4: The Art of Repurposing Content

The next technique I am going to teach you is the art of repurposing. In the previous chapters, I’ve lead you through a few strategies to repackage the PLR products that you’ve bought into membership sites and bonuses.

While you are using the previous strategies, you are already using the art of repurposing. Present the same content in multiple formats, such as video, audio, or written.

You do not need to spend too much time on creating new products over and over again.

Concept

  • Use the PLR content to reform new products
  • For instance: Video, Audio, Book, Presentation, Membership site
  • When you do this, you can aim for high ticket

In a nutshell, this strategy is all about using the existing PLR content to reform a new product. After you’ve bought the PLR products, or you already have some old PLR products that you bought or created long time ago, you can repackage them and put them on sale again.

You are recommended to use different strategies to cater to different situations. The first situation I am going to talk about is the offline home course. First, you’ll need to brainstorm on what kind of topic to talk about. Choose an evergreen topic where you can put the product on sale for long term as well as to make sure the product worth the price.

When you are doing this, the offline home course, you can consider making it a physical book and aim for high ticket. You may be wondering: If you are to print physical book, why not make it an e-book instead?

The reasons are:

  • Physical published books are more exclusive than e-book.
  • You can set higher price for physical published

It is true that Internet users can easily access to download e-book online. However, some of the users will still prefer to own a physical published book that they can carry around. This is what makes a physical book more exclusive than e-book.

Hence, you can set the price for the physical published book slightly higher than e-book. Apart from this, you can take the chance to build up your credibility and offer a coaching program through the selling of physical books as well.

Advantages

  1. Since you are going to just repackage and form a new product from the old PLR products, you do not need to create a product from scratch. This is really a huge time saver, compared to creating a brand new product from scratch. You can rewrite the PLR and put it on sale within a
  2. Apart from this, you will have a high ticket to offer in your sales funnel. Most of the Internet marketers nowadays do not have a reliable high ticket to offer, because to create a high ticket offers is time With this technique to repurposing your old PLR, you do not need to worry about the high-ticket offer to your prospects anymore.
  3. At the same time when you are selling this offline home course to your subscribers, you are building up your credibility as a coach as well. As mentioned, you can offer a coaching program along with the physical book that you are going to offer to them. And this will be no longer a

„Do It Yourself’ program but a „Do It Together’ program, which make this product an exclusive high-ticket product.

Disadvantages

  1. To print and ship the book to their doorsteps, logistic works need to be done. Before you send the book to print, you have to understand the format of a printing book first, because it may affect the layout of the final product. For instance, the size of the book, how the content should look like, the cover of the book, what kind of paper you want, and the list goes
  2. Once you’ve done with the formatting, here comes the logistic works. You have to make sure everything is fine according to your plan, make sure the printing procedure is correct, and you can get your copies on time. After the printing had done, you have to ship the product to your buyers. Thought that your work ends here? Not yet. Until the product reaches the doorsteps of your buyers, and then your job is half

Small tip for you: Some of the Internet marketer did not follow up once the product reach the buyers’ place. To build a long-term relationship with them, following up is the key. This is why I would say the job is half done without following up the buyers.

  1. In addition, to get this done is easy and time saving, but to ensure the quality of the book is worth the price, you have to gather more PLR material to get this
  2. You can gather some of the old PLR products that you’ve bought, but you have to beware of the information in the PLR products may be outdated by today’s standard. Hence, new PLR materials are necessary to replace some of the information.

As mentioned, Internet marketing is an ever-changing platform. The techniques that work as recent as last year may not be applicable today.

Now as I’ve discussed before about the whole concept, pros and cons of this strategy, to start doing this you’ll need all these that I’ve mentioned above.

First, you’ll need PLR materials that you can rewrite. The good thing about having PLR materials is that you do not need to worry about the copyright issue.You just need to rewrite some of the obsolete information and the book is as good to go.

Then, I recommend getting a hosting account with BlueHost.com and a domain name from NameCheap.com. You need both these to build a page. Once you’ve done with the site, you can put your product up on sale.

When it comes to accepting payments online, I would recommend PayPal. If you are using ClickBank or JVZoo as your market place, the payment method is PayPal as well. Do not worry about the payment; it is already taken care of by the market place.

Needless to say, sales letter is the utmost important thing in your sales funnel, because it is sales letter that did the selling part.

Profit Strategy – Step-by-Step

  • Gather PLR materials
  • Write sales letter
  • Create a site to upload your product and sales letter
  • Print, ship, and follow up

Now, I will cover this strategy in a step-by-step method.

  1. You have to first decide on the topics and your target market. And then, gather the PLR materials that you need. So for example, you want to write something related to Affiliate business, you will have to gather PLR materials like e-books, records and articles that cater to the affiliate
  2. Every sales letter carries out its own story and messages. You should think of which angle to write for the sales letter as well. Here are some of the key principles to write your main sales letter:
    • Sell them on convenience whereby they do not have to start the business from zero because you have done it all for
    • They get to start their own business and keep 100% of the sales.
    • They can also do more with your products by joining the coaching
  3. Next, create a site to upload your product and sales letter. To do this, as mentioned, you’ll need to register a hosting account and domain name. I recommended you to use WordPress to create your site; this is the simplest and fastest way to create a page. And then, you can upload the cover for your final product and the sales letter to the
  4. Send the copy of your final product to the printing shop; make sure everything is according to your request. And then, ship to the customers and follow up with their needs. For instance, the late arrival of the book, bad condition of book,

Marketing

  • Affiliate Program – most critical component, get affiliates and JV Partners to push
  • Email marketing
  • Buy solo ads or ad swap
  • Free report to promote and capture subscribers to buy your book

Now once you’ve your website ready, here comes the marketing aspect where you actually drive traffic and start getting subscribers to your website and buy your book.

The first and foremost important and critical success factor to making big profit is to have an affiliate program. Start an affiliate program to get other people to promote your product. This is the core success key to your product marketing and you will depend heavily on your affiliates to market it for you and your joint venture partners to help you push it.

Next marketing strategy is the email marketing. Mail your offer to your subscribers first, because they already know who you are and your products. They are the first group of people you should approach.

If you do not have a large size of mailing list, consider buying solo ads or ad swapping with the other Internet marketers. This is a great chance to grow your own leads as well.

Last but not least, do not forget to prepare a free report to promote and capture subscribers to buy your book.

This just about concludes the technique of repurposing. I’ve given you one common example that Internet marketers usually do with repurposing the PLR materials.

METHOD #5: The Big Ticket Method

Saved my favorite for the last and this is what brings you from 5 figures to 6 or even 7 figures a year. You will learn how to use all the PLR that you’ve acquired to turn them into big profits. You’ve already learned how to turn all these products into a high-ticket sale but now, believe it or not, you can go further than that.

Concept

  • Turn your PLR into a coaching program or webinar
  • Coaching programs have even higher perceived value than membership sites
  • Backend product

Now, instead of just publishing your PLR product one by one, you’ll present them through a video call or a webinar.This can be easily done via Skype call or Google Hangouts. There are various other video call platforms that may work better but these two provide the basic needs.

This strategy would require you to teach and interact with your customers and guiding them. The concept is simple; all you need to do is just relay all that you’ve learned from various PLR products that you bought to the buyers of your program. Now, a coaching program and webinar have a way higher value than membership or e-book or tutorial videos and all that. A coaching program will bring in big profits.

A coaching program and webinar ticket would work better as a backend product than a frontend because of their cost. In other words, to make this work, you’ll need to have a different product to be launched with this as a backend to make this strategy work.

Advantages

What You Need

This is a list of what you need:

  1. Computer with microphone and webcam (usually built-in and available these days).
