There are “three” ways to do research:

Look into the number of searches per month. If the number of searches per month is a little over 100,000, it does show that weight loss is on high demand.

  • Find out if there are advertisers on the products or services you are trying to sell.
  • Be very specific on your search.

There is a difference between attracting freebie seekers and potential buyers. If you focus on *Weight Loss*, there is a chance that people are just looking around. When you focus on *Weight Loss Consultant*, those people who go to your website will fall into two categories: (A) Potential clients; (B) Potential Weight Loss Consultant;

Once you have chosen the profitable niche you would like to focus with, you can then proceed to Step #2.

Step #2: Set-Up Pinterest Account.

Once you have chosen your profitable niche, your next step is to set-up your Pinterest account. All you need to is going to http://Pinterest.com

Sign-up either using “Facebook” or with email. (HINT: It is a good idea to sign up with your email address instead of Facebook as you can always have the option to connect the right Facebook account when you are ready!)

Fill out your name and age.

Then, the system will automatically ask you to choose five different topics.

Next step is… “Search the topic of your interest”. In this example, I will type in… “Weight Loss”.

Then, follow 5 to 7 Pinterest pages. Then, click “Done”.

You are all set!

Step #3: Customize Pinterest Account.

As you have set-up your account, your next step is to customize your Pinterest page. This allows you to attract the right audience from Pinterest.

First, customize your Pinterest URL. How do you do that?

Click on your name.

Then, click on “Edit Profile”.

Add your picture.

Next, change your URL.

Hint: It is important to utilize keyword as the URL of your Pinterest account. This allows you to show up when people type in a certain keyword on Pinterest engine.

Next, fill out a little description about yourself at

Note: It is important that when you fill out the info about you, you need to write about what is in it for your audience (WIIFM) instead of bragging about yourself. Remember, it is about what you can give to your audience. It also means that everything starts from the reason “WHY”.  This is how you are able to build a powerful relationship with your audience.

After you fill out your location, fill out your website at

Remember: It is important to only fill out the URL that lead your audience to a landing page. This allows you to build your subscriber base. Why? Well, studies have shown that each subscriber is equal to $1 to $1.50 per month for your business.

Once you have save the page, your next step is… “Connect to Social Media”. How do you do that?

Click on “Edit Settings”.

Click on “Social Networks”.

Choose which “social networking sites” you would like to connect with.

Click on “Save Settings”.
